Q1. All animals finally die, yet the species survives. Give reasons for this.
Answer: All type of animals during his life span reproduce and produce young ones (offspring). Hence, even after they die, the species still exist on earth.

Q2. What is metamorphosis? Give examples.
Answer: The vast change that take place during the development of animals are called metamorphosis. Silkworm and frog undergo metamorphosis.

Q3. What is internal fertilization and external fertilization?
Answer: The fertilization that takes place inside the female body is called internal fertilization. Example: humans, cows, hens etc
The fertilization that takes place outside the female body is called external fertilization. Example: frogs, fishes etc.

Q4. Write the difference between sexual and asexual reproduction.
